My nystatin says with or without food. I just do it when convenient. Like I take it when I wake up and near when I go to sleep.

6:30 PM, 12:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 12:30 PM.

You never are awake typically at all these times so there will be food or no food times with the antifungal if the doctor said too on the bottle.

I like to cook many things with coconut oil, as it and olive oil (if you get from a good supplier because they play tricks with the oil in regular chains).
