Hello all.. i have been drinking all the urine i have been producing through out the day. Usually the morning urine is the strongest and then it keeps decreasing in terms of color and taste.

I have been doing this full day urine drinking for about 2 weeks now. Prior to this it was only the morning urine.
> I am also drinking water and other liquids during the course of the day. the only issue i have noticed is increase in bowel movements.

Is there any harm in consuming urine through out the day on a constant basis.
