There is some. First, under microscopic observation, 2500 Hz square wave with positive offset works, sine wave does not. Also, a poor square wave ( slow rising and falling edges ) does not work.

So, even if it is not just the square wave, the rise time and fall time are both important and sine waves of low frequency do not work.

This means that frequencies generated from PC sound cards is not likely to work as well because they are not designed for the necessary rise and fall times.

Second, if you take it to the point where the microbes are swollen, about to explode, then turn the pulses off, they will recover after a while.

So, the destruction must be complete which means that if you do not zap long enough, you are not going to be fully successful.

NO! Parazapper can be used with some cheap wall wart as well as any other zapper can. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it because I respect life and safety more than I respect money. Promoting the use of wall warts is poorly thought out. The possibility of the loss of even 1 life or even 1 injury is not worth it.

Why? when it only takes 20 ma to kill? While some sources claim 30 ma, 20 ma has been documented as lethal in the past.

What you don't seem to get, I can make any zapper that anyone else can. I can match their technology, their output, or any other feature that they offer. I have developed and tried over 150 different models over the years but only about 10 percent were what I considered good enough to sell. Some outputs do not work as well, no matter the hype that some sellers promote. We have built and tested a lot of different outputs and only offer the ones that produce the most effective results under scientific observation.
