I have very bad histamine issues...probably one of the worst that this forum has ever seen. I do much much better on a Low Histamine Diet , and when I cheat I definitely pay the price. So I have accepted the fact that I will be more than likely have to stay low histamine for the rest of my life, which is a small price to pay for not feeling like death every day. I will also mention that high histamine is directly correlated to low copper, not high. So to try and purge yourself of copper will likely result in disaster. Just a heads up
