Wow, Faith, superb post. I second your conclusions. Very early in my NB program I exhibited poor "compliance" and was dumped by my copper guru. I have done much better on precursors, and eating better while working on stress response which, according to the lab report with my hair analysis, is why my body was dumping minerals--to support the sympathetic state I was locked in. I would be so wary of off-the-shelf programs like NB. Thanks again for your post.
