I have been on The Master Cleanse / fast twice and have now enticed several of my friends to try it also. They are interested, of course, because of the weight loss, however the same several have expressed concern for the lack of "salt / sodium" taken in during the fast. I have advised them that all things created by God, on the Earth have the element of sodium and that there would be some in the pepper, the syrup and the lemons. Is this correct, and/or is there need to be concerned about no sodium???
