THank you for ur honest reply.

I might have been not really clear regarding my diet. I also eat starchy stuff (potatoes, beans, peas, grains, pasta) . Basically my diet is like Mc Dougall style (the starch solution) and Dr. Graham (80 10 10 style). I am not starving at all. I m consuming 2200 calories per day (i keep track of it on cronometer) and when i m doing sport i even eat up to 3000 calories. So i dont believe my problem is because i m eating too little. But thx for ur concern.

I cant say i feel better since i am taking Iodoral. I felt kinda better end of December /also i had no premenstrual problems this month (after having taken Iodoral and co factors for about 1 1/2 months ... low dosage between 12,5 and 25 mg (i call that low since the ppl on the Iodine forum take up to 100 mg !!!!). End of december i started to do a lot of running again but then had even worse premenstrual problems in january and stopped since then. That is also what brought me to adrenal fatigue. The fact of me having suddenly worse premenstrual problems than the month before. It seemed that i ve done too much in a too short period of time and worn out my adrenals. (but after all i m just guessing).

What do i have to do to figure out its my adrenals? Cortisol test?

I have already orderd a test-kit for estrogen and progesterone saliva testing.
To see if my estrogen levels are too high / progesterone too low. (which would at least explain my horrible pms symptomes). But then still... there is the thing with my thyroid. And in the end it could all "just" be caused by my adrenals right?

What am i supposed to do now to figure out whats going on?

My boss (who is an internist) just laughs at me :(

So i feel like having to do this kinda on my own. (or maybe find another Doc).

What are u personally doing? Or what did u do? What have been (or still are) ur issues?
