when I first started in decemeber.. I used a nascent Iodine does of 6 drops=2700mcg.
and didnt have any issues... When I would double it to 12 drops I started getting a headache and slight fever so would back off.

When I got Lugol's I had a similar problem at 6 and 12mgs... but when I went up to 50mg and higher, had no problems.

I noticed an actual difference with my body temp with the Lugols at 50mg.

What I started doing was taking Iodine mon-fri, but taking no Iodine on the weekends.. but still take some salt, vitamin c, etc
