Thanks for your reply. Yes I've had about 3 full blood tests in 7 months, everything came back fine except
1)low stored ferritin- it was 14 in August2013, then 12 in November 2013 and should have been at least 20,
2)Red blood count under the minimum level,
3)white blood cells were just at the minimum level

Results from the most recent test in Jan 2014 test showed low level of lymphocytes 0.8 and should have been at least 1. Again lower than normnal red blood cell count and low stored ferritin levels but these now at 17 though still needs to be above 20. The thing is I had a blood test in 2011 and this showed a low ferritin level and I know I felt fine around that time.

I've read that iron may increase candida but I have been advised to try to increase this first by my doctor. Not sure what is right anymore....

I will look into what you've mentioned above. I recently had a endoscopy and this showed gastritis but no H.pylori. I guess this inflammation is be due to the candida as well. I'm awaiting results from 4 biopsies taken from duodenum and the colon.

I also have a black non-fury tongue at the sides on top- do you think this is due to the systemic candida too- it looks awful!
