Few things to consider:

Much more oil in diet. All kinds of oil.
Flax seed oil does not cause constipation, rather opposite.
Cottage cheese causes constipation. Eliminate it, or mix it with a lot of oil.
Much more water daily.

Enema daily on the long run is known to cause chronic constipation.

Walking stairs (up and down) are know to prevent constipation and help elimination.

Squatting toilet helps elimination and prevents constipation.

FMT therapy prevents and cures constipation.

Plums daily in diet prevent and cure constipation.

Figgs prevent and cure constipation.

Consider Liver Flush .

More magnesium in diet prevents and cures constipation.
