I will add I have been under a lot of emotional stress lately and I certainly think that effects me physically. My husband was unemployed for about 7 months,and my father passed away suddenly from cancer two weeks before Christmas, so needless to say it's been stressful. I do have some things I need to work on emotionally, and I'm realizing more and more this needs to be a number one priority!
