I burst out laughing reading your post wombat lol! I totally know what you mean. I can relate, and there is definitely a kind of shameful feeling I get when it comes to this stuff, who knows why though??
I have been looking into doing coffee enemas but honestly the thought scares me to death! I think I would need a very detailed outline of what exactly to do, also where do you buy enema bags? I'll do a search online...
I guess I should have re-worded that too, I'm not exactly constipated, I'm still going once a day but very little, and the texture is very soft and small pieces and sometimes green looking (from the iodine?)sorry TMI?
