I KNOW THIS IS TRUE BECAUSE I SAW MY OWN f***ING colonic MUCOSA IN THE TOILET AFTER WITHSTANDING STRONG PAINS FROM coffee enemas NAIVELY THINKING IT WAS SOME KIND OF DETOX.

coffee enemas are OK a couple of days per year for liver detox if you don´t have intestinal inflammation though.
