the A + D + K also really eases depression!
When I added microdoses of lithium aspartate, it really helped as well (I use 1/3 - 1/2 of a capsule a day). Lithium orotate is indicated with Iodine treatment to help distribute it well through the body, and it's also neuroprotectant.
