this story illustrates perfectly how severe the halogen imbalance is today. THIS is the reason for 100mg minimum. without the chemical monster of bad halogens it would be much easier to attain and maintain Iodine sufficiency.

whenever i would take walks a few years back i got chest pains and difficulty breathing. i was taking Iodine at the time. what stopped it was simply supplementing potassium. keep that sodium/potassium balance in mind. and HYDRATE!
