When I take 300mg Iodoral each day (2 little pills each hour) my body temperature is comfortable but I have brain fog. If I skip a dose or two I am very, very cold deep inside. Sometimes I wake up at night because I am so cold and I sleep with a very warm flannel sheet and fluffy comforter. I am tackling a large fibroid uterine tumor but would sure like to find a balance between the brain fog and the cold. Any ideas? Thank you.
