When I do stop or curb the T4 supplement, it gets weird. I have a harder time concentrating, and mu body requires more insulin.
I function alright without it, but obviously, i'm not recovered yet.

I looked at the chemical structure of levothyroxin- it is more or less a prechewed form of iodine!
