I'm at 70 mg and aiming at least for 100, possibly 150. Does my body tell me when to stop raising dosage?

I have heard to keep an eye for these signs (being hypothyroid):
. symptoms of hyperthyroidism
. Getting hyper in talking / behaviour
. Getting an excessive libido
