Hey Ali (& Shaaw if u see this)
I was really moved by your reply to Shaaws posting (I know its old but I just read it). I agree with your views & hope that Shaaw was able to reach contentment - very complex if his lady friend was being honest.
One thing re your reply that really touched me was the healing of the child you spoke about. Like yourself I have done a lot of work with myself & yet there are still issues that I can't shake. These have compounded into a smouldering mess after over 30 years of me "LEARNING" that I am a worthless piece of shit.
Good news is I have discovered the light at the end of the tunnel (it's not the train) with counselling, meditation & acceptance - of self & others - playing major roles in my ongoing battle.
If you have the time and insight, I was wondering if you could share what you have learned of healing the child cos God knows I need it.
