1) If it is Candida, the McCombs plan does work - for adults. I am not sure of the modifications for children though. Perhaps Dr. McCombs could advise you of that.

2) Lead poisoning can cause chronic constipation. Maybe you should have her heavy metals tested?

3) Check her levels of Iodine. If it is low, maybe she cannot produce thyroid hormone.
