Best thing might be not to answer provocations but calmly ignore a person like that and let the moderators calmly and serenely delete his messages and not get enticed to quarrel. We all have a wee troll inside that gets easily provoked but we all are responsible for keeping our own wee troll in check. If we are mature, we will be able to see we are all responsible for our own reactions. Just my opinion.
