I see no problem with rice flour as long as you are not allergic or follow a strict non carb diet. For capsules, supplements I would most of all avoid dicalcium phosphate, as it neutralize the stomach acid, needed for mineral uptakes.. And if possible; magnesium stearate; but it is hard to find supplements without it. A little is tolerable, IMO.
