Keep in mind that ester-C is bound with calcium, so if your kidneys make complaints, get some non-calcium fermented goodies (like live saukeraut, kefir, sambucha or live apple cider vinegar) for the vitamin K2.

If the NOW Adam has B9 as 5-mthf (metafolin) in it instead of folic acid, and B6 as P5P, then it's gold.
