Did you use the Bepanthen that was the nappy diaper rash version or the German wound healing version? We need to go through a process of elimination. What creams have you used before? What have you been diagnosed to be allergic to?

I am not a doctor so, I can't really offer you medical advice. But I can try to help you narrow down something you can experiment with.

Why are you so set on a product that contains no lanolin? Did you have an allergic reaction to that too?
