I think anybody would tell you that youve kind of got to just experiment on yourself and be conservative. When I first started it was with nascent Iodine which is less potency than lugols.. 6 drops is 2.7mg. when I would double that I would get a little headache or fever so would back off.. When I went to Lugols I started at 12.5mg and got a similar feeling. So I started doing 5 days on and taking the weekend off.

last mon-fri I did 50mgs a day
this mon-fri Im doing 100mg a day.

absolutely no problems at all.

If you want to be cautious, take a drop of Lugols and spill half the water out so your dose is only half a drop.

some people go heavy right into 50mg.

you gotta do what youre comfortable with
