I love Ferventer. He is exactly right on so many topics.

I add Potassium Bicarbonate to my coffee to raise its PH to 7.5 from its normal 5.0. Baking Soda can also be used to raise pH.

Ferventer touched on a very important topic. Your body pH as measured by pH test strips should be 6.5 to 7.2 for urine. Most people measure at 5.0 or even below 5 which is extremely acidic and unhealthy.
The numbers mean a lot. If you are 1 point below normal, that is 10 times too acidic. 2 points below normal is 100 times too acidic. 3 points below normal = 1,000 times too acidic. pH Test strips are at Amazon.Com. Normal = 7.2

HERE is the BIG DEAL! Dr. Brownstein says that low pH results in NOT absorbing critical vitamins & minerals. 12 ways to raise pH:

So that all the money you are spending for supplements could be going down the toilet if your pH is too low. Body pH is not the same as blood pH. Blood is kept at a perfect pH by stealing nutrients from bones & the rest of the body. You can also measure saliva pH, I prefer measuring the urine.
