Today was one of those days that I let this disorder get the best of me. I was at a restaurant with my wife and this older lady just sat and literally stared at me with her hand over her nose. I really wanted to say something but I just got up and left after my wife finished her meal. I've done the diet changes, juicing (which I love), different fasts, and tried all the gimmicks to at least minimize this situation but it's gotten above my threshold now. I made an appointment with a GI doctor to see if there is anything else I can do but I feel like its going to be a waste of time and money. I guess until then I am going to try this body mint stuff that I saw from a previous post. GNC sells it so I guess I will give it a shot also. It's getting harder and harder to adjust life to this situation!
