This use to happen to me. I think it's important to remember that coffee enemas cause a serious strengthening of our intestinal muscles and lots of peristalsis, which in turns is like shaking up everything inside of there. It also can and has loosened up mucoid plaque for me, so all of this could end up pissing off any yeast in there and stirring around toxins.
