Hi trap.. Im currently at 100mgs. I take it in one dose in the morning.. Next week I was thinking of going up to 200mgs.. Is it better to keep it in one dose in an attempt to dislodge any other halogens? or do you think its better to take it in 2 split doses of 100/100..
Im taking Lugol's 5%
