can you give a link of the aloe vera caps? how do you apply it? did you peel the new skins at same time or the aloe vera caps just stopped the cycle?

Also, how bad is yoru EC? i mean, do you have all the symptoms like raw skin underneath, inflammation, peeling cycle of 5 to 7days, few forcyde spots etc?
