Thanks; doing the pills, 1500mg daily on as empty a stomach as possible. Feeling good, a little tired. On it for 8 days and actually walking uphill is much improved. Also doing the 5 tibetans exercises in the morning which strengthen the upper body a lot. So, lets wait and see. The Chelation route could only be done privately here and in London its quite expensive.

I used herbs a lot to keep liver/kidney and colon cleansed.
