7-10s since October..in "polar vortex" (TM)

I should pay better attention to my machine...L-5 S-1 sore, been stretching, inverting teeter high tops, but last Sunday Ouch! can't put me shoes on .. no matter.. going out to get Sun visit friends.. Sunday night took a 1/2g SSKI thought it might help... It did! IMAM... bromine stench.. Parents said I smell like sulfur? Lol
Lower back no better(inflamed) Tried Newport's sugg.,MSM & Motrin (MSM maybe that what they smelled) Today tttried for first time Acupuncture. seemed to help.. It cant hurt any worse.. Taking a break from it all.. Might even have a glass of red ! Wish I had a rad meter
