Just realised I was procrastinating...Said I was going to go to the higher dose but kept finding excuses, but today felt like crap so I thought - I'm going to do it! So I just downed 50mg of Lugol's. Will keep posting how I go on this dose. Am waiting for my huge energy boost - bring it on!
