After years of taking Thyroid medication with no results, a couple of weeks ago I was told by my doctor to start taking 25 mg of Idoral twice a day. She said that I should expect to take it no more than 4 months. I did as told and after a couple of days starting have nausea. I immediately started searching for Idoral side effects and found out that I should be taking Iodine Co-factors which I started and salt dosing (1/2 tsp salt with warm water) once a day which I have done. I still had nausea so quit taking Idoral this weekend. Tomorrow I am to start taking Idoral again and I am concerned that I will get nauseous again. Also, Vitamin C causes nausea so I don't take it. Has anyone got advise on how to handle this. I don't want to stop the Idoral as I have tried just about everything!
