I just got my first bottle Lugol's 5%. I'm sitting here staring at it and feel like when I take my first dose of 50 mg after I get done posting this, it will, for me, be like discovering that the world is round instead of flat, or like I'm stepping off the edge of a precipice into the great unknown.

Only it won't be the unknown because I've read so much on this forum since I discovered it by accident 10 days ago.

I'm fully prepared with co-factors and most everything I need for detox help. I've been sick for so long that I'm thinking the detox is going to be harsh.

So, here I go! I'll post updates regularly.

Thank you to all who have stuck with this forum since it's inception. Even after you got well, you have stuck around to help others through it. Your research is well-documented and incredible. Kudos to you all!
