Try 1/4th tsp for a salt push until your body can better handle it. Otherwise spread the salt out.

I personally severely dehydrated my body by drinking too much water. I drink less now and add salt to almost all the water I drink. Keep it in a mint container in my purse!

If the urine is totally clear you're drinking too much.
