I am new to this forum. Actually it is the 1st time ever I register and participate in one of these. I am 18 years old, bed ridden, and occasionally find a little energy when I come out of my ongoing crashes. I was amazed by the information provided by Gaia/JustinBibierIsMyHero. Is anyone here still in touch with her? Do we know if she still continues to have success with her recommendations? Her post seems very helpful but is 4 years old.
