Thanks so much for the info! I had my fillings out 15 years ago.
And yes my candida has flared up, however, I did 2 rounds of Nystatin and it had no effect.

I have some good probiotics, and have been taking Magnesium Citrate although I recently heard that Glycinate is better absorbed.

I'm looking into how to lower dosages of pre-made capsules & pills---was reading that some forum users scooped out powder with a Qtip so I may resort to that as I just bought 4 bottles of high dose RLA and DMSA.

I will definitely start off slow. thanks for your advice
