This is an awesome post.

I've determined that I have a mild case of low cortisol but it has been reeking havoc in my life.

My question is concerning eating. The problem is that I also have a case of thrush and I'm trying to get rid of it in part by not eating fruit and grains.

So that makes it hard to get more than 100g of carbs per day.

And I'm a 200lb male so I probably need even more carbs according to Dr. Diana Schwarzbein.

I'd love to hear any insight you have concerning this.
