I eat the habaneros whole, one bite.

They make me sweat and flush and feel like theres pepper spraw in my mouth but thats bouts it, lol!

I ate one last night at midnight.

I ate one today at 2:00 p.m.

Tomorrow am doing my cleanse, might eat one 2 hours before my citrus cleanse, might increase the effectiveness.

Yeah RD, to me its not yeast.

But youre right, the feeling you get when killing them sucks. Its an herx.
