My wife who is a allergic asthmatic used to have 5 to 6 upper resp infections a year. Since using CS and the nebulizer it has been over 4 1/2 years since a single infection/ cold/flu! I also use it and my 2yr old grandson when he caught a bad flu from his daycare. He was back to normal in 2 days.
