A lot of people on other forums have an onset of chronic neural / chemical issues that surface after long flights, but that trigger is often preceded by months of a particularly stressful time. It seems more and more like it is a personalized accumulation of stressors which you have to disentangle and rest, then you can add back stressors with moderation and balance. awareness
