Very good. There is some quite excellent information on the internet that people have written up. Of course there is no substitute for real experience. Especially from practitioners... is why I like viewing the Frex folks. Lots of experience being shared by people in the trenches so to speak.
Also... is worthy to introduce the use of herbs and such, and to develop a sense of their frequencies too. As a for instance:
For example, here are the average frequencies of some of the therapeutic grade essential oils that have been measured:
Rose (Rosa damascene).....................320 MHz
Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia)........118 MHz
Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha)................105 MHz
Blue Chamomile (Matricaria recutita).....105 MHz
Juniper (Juniperus osteosperma)............98 MHz
Aloes/Sandalwood (Santalum album)......96 MHz
Angelica (Angelica archangelica)...........85 MHz
Peppermint (Mentha peperita)..............78 MHz
Galbanum (Ferula gummosa).................56 MHz
Basil (Ocimum basilicum)......................52 MHz
From the web site (a simple layperson's discussion on frequencies but interesting start): http://www.biospiritual-energy-healing.com/vibrational-frequency.html
Am glad you are considering going slow on this stuff Ginagirl. It is a worthy pursuit. Am personally very *in* to frequency stuff... said in about as simple terms as I can. Not just experiencing some outcomes from working with frequencies, but for instance, when I started wrapping crystals and pushing scalar waves to them... and being able to measure it across the room... zow... that was cool. So much here.
Chatter away on your discoveries. Is cool stuff.
