Unbelievable! Here I thought you would want to take C later in the day when cortisol is elevated...I've been taking 1000mg at night. Maybe that's a part of my problem. So how do all those people megadosing on liposomal C get their shuteye?! TC I would think your stomach could tolerate some low dose food C.
