As others have mentioned, Holy Basil is AMAZING when it comes to stopping a full blown panic attack. I get them, and I use Gaia brand holy basil. Someone on this board recommended breaking the capsules in your mouth and holding the liquid under your tongue for a minute. It doesn't taste too bad, and it works like a charm. Really, really amazing.
