I would look for a low level infection wearing down your system. Likely in the head region. The fatigue would be jaw but I do know a women with the same foot issue who had ear canal infection.
Something is causing this.
Caution-very few docs are care enough to check you for smoldering infections-only work with one who has found it before on others. I might start with a biological dentist
