So many questions ! I can answer a few. Iodoral & Lugols are the same ratio of Iodine & iodide. What is scattering? Iodine evaporates on the skin, and only 12% is absorbed. Long term maintenance on Iodine could be either Lugols or iodoral, whatever your personal preference is.

I don't know about doing the iodine protocol and liver/ kidney cleanse at the same time. Are you finished with detox? I would be worried about detox interfering with the cleanse, just my opinion. You have finished 10 liver & 2 kidney cleanses. Why do you need to do more? I have never done any cleanses. How do you know that you need more cleanses?
