We take the Turpentine baths. The first one was a bit strong. I put 60 drops in. [it stung our skin a little] The results were awesome. My husband had several idiopathic rashes on his feet. They were larger than a silver dollar and uncomfortable - the rashes dissapeared after that first bath. His lifetime candida affected skin is better after every bath.
