I have never heard that you can drink as much water as you want on Hulda Clark's liver flush. Where did you read that?
She said you could take a few sips of water to get the dose down but that is it. She also said you have to follow her recipe or it may not work. I would not drink the water as her recipe states.
If you go to bed at 10 pm then you stop eating and drinking at 2 pm. You start your first dose of Epsom salt/grapefruit at 6 pm followed by your second dice at 8 pm then at 10 pm is your olive oil/grapefruit dose then lay on your back for 20 mins and then you can turn but must go to sleep. In the morning take your third dose of Epsom/grapefruit then two hours later take your last dose. For the last 7 years this is the way I have done it with huge success.
