I performed a liver/GB flush last night using Epsom salts and citrus/oil/black wallnut husk concoction.
I did not pass any 'stones' of any significant size, mainly small flakes. But after having a light meal today I passed 6 of these beautiful specimens.
Anybody have any idea on what they are and is it possible they came out of the liver? They are in a kind of a slimy jelly. If so could there be still more in there?
I'm not sure about the jelly, but before I did the flush I was taking l-glutamine and drinking flaxseed tea for my leaky gut.
